The following describes the limitations of reproduction of material in part from this website and limited personal use of the information and images contained within. These terms of use are expected to be followed to the letter and if I find anyone breaking any of these terms they will be notified of a terms of use violation.

Biographies

All the information in the biographies is a compilation of well known information on public record. If there are any errors, please tell me and I will promptly fix them. Some sources have not been listed yet, but they will be quite soon. Most of the sources I have used are from the Biography Resource Center (only available by subscription), the Internet Movie Database, and in some cases information has been taken from liner notes (i.e. John Payne biography from Good News LP). For the most part, these sources are very common and never directly copied unless otherwise stated. Most of the information is strictly based on the career of the person and this will continue to be the case. In all cases, the biographies are completely original and uniquely compiled.

Please, if you use any of this information, point your readers back to this website whether by linking to from your website or siting Reeljewels.com as a source in your research paper.

Radiography

Much of the data of radio appearances (which at this point is quite limited) was either found from things I have purchased or come across or from various radio logs. The list I have created has been through research and will be a work in progress. These listings are original to this site and are copyrighted as a compilation to Ginny Sayre.

Filmography

Compiled by me from the Internet Movie Database and other sources. This is all public information and easily available. I did format these pages uniquely from most filmographies, so if you copy directly from the site, I'd like to have some type of credit for the layout (and I'm talking directly without altering colors or how many dots lead up to the character name). If you alter it in any way, it's yours.

Photographs

I have cropped all the photographs on this site dramatically from their original form. I know when I see them on other sites right away. A small percentage of pictures were donated to me by friends. Please DO NOT copy pictures and post them to your site without my permission. I do not own the actual image, but most of the copyrights are presumed to have expired, however, if the owner of the image would like me to remove it with proof of ownership, I most certainly will. Again, PLEASE ask if you want to use an image to use on your website.

Even worse is giving pictures from this site to another webmaster. This is unfair to both webmasters and highly embarrassing for you. I have experienced this scenario, DO NOT DO IT!!! -- It's not worth getting the special air of having donated. When you donate another webmaster's images or work what happens is you begin to have all the same content floating around on the web and your website/webmaster you've donated to will no longer have an original site and I certainly will not have an original website. It would be highly boring to surf the web if everyone did this.

Just one more thing. Please, no bandwidth stealing. Do NOT link directly to any of the images on this site.

For personal use, you may use any image. Download it, that's fine with me. Just don't go making t-shirts and selling them on eBay. That's not cool. Judy Garland would probably think it's funny, but I would not. Nor would her estate, most likely.

Backgrounds

All of these backgrounds were created by me. No exceptions. They are my original pieces of artwork. Please, again, use on your own personal computer but do not sell or use them on other websites. That is plagiarism, plain and simple. SIMPLY DON'T DO IT!!

Paper Collectibles

All of the paper collectibles you see here come straight from my own collection unless otherwise noted. This is strictly meant as a guide for other collectors to see what materials are available. The items themselves are copyrighted to their original owners.

Magazine Articles

The magazine articles posted to this website are copyright to their original owners. One is to assume that most of the copyrights have fallen as most of the fan magazines are gone. However, if the authors would like me to take down any of these articles or the estates of any of the stars included take offense to anything stated within them, I will certainly do so. None of these articles have the owner's permission to be posted and are meant as an educational source. Not only that, but a lot of the things within can be taken with a grain of salt as the sources are (in most cases) fan magazines.

Please (and I beg of you), do not copy any of these articles and post them to your website. PLEASE. Just as with the pictures, it takes a lot of effort to type these articles out (hours in some cases), or even worse, give them to another webmaster. That would be very bad form. What you can do is print the articles out and keep them in your own reference. Just to keep away from trouble, I would also make sure you have the source listed, too, somehow. Mind you, anything reprinted from the Internet is a violating copyrights. As you might be able to tell by now, webmasters DO legally have copyrights as well.

Hollywood

All of these pictures included in this section were taken on separate trips to Hollywood by myself. All of these pictures are copyrighted to Ginny Sayre. The only other source that I ever used on these pages is Hollywood At Your Feet. Everything on these pages is completely original to this site. I'd rather you not copy anything in these sections unless you have my permission and that will be given only in special cases on this one, my friends.

Songs

The song clips are for the most part slightly over 30 seconds long and belong to their original copyright owners. These clips are intended for education only of these great stars. Some of these clips are pulled straight from radio and most of these are from the public domain. Please, no bandwidth stealing. Do NOT link directly to any of the sound clips on this site. These clips are strictly for use on this website and not to be copied anywhere else for any purpose. I'm here to educate, not put the people who give us the lovely soundtracks out of jobs.

Lyrics

Are completely copyrighted to their original owners (which should be listed) and are included as part of a rather small database. If there are any problems with having any of the lyrics posted, I will promptly take them down with proof of ownership.

Fan Tributes

Well, in this case all the write ups in this section are copyrighted first to the author of the entry and second to this website. None of these should be duplicated without permission from the author who wrote the entry. These entries are posted with the author knowing that their entry will be posted to this site. Nothing that is copied from another source will be allowed in this section of the site.

Message Boards

These message boards are for use of fans to interact with each other. I will try to moderate them as much as I can, but I cannot promise that what is posted is quite appropriate. Any text other than my own is copyrighted to the author. I don't know who would think of doing this, but please don't copy text from the message boards except for your own personal reference. Please do not post text anywhere else.

Quotations

All of these quotes are copyrighted to the original copyright owners. These quotes are taken directly from the stars or from the films in which the stars are participants. Please do not copy any of this data to your site or hand it over to another webmaster without my permission. This compellation of quotations is copyrighted to Miss Sayre.

Layout and Graphics

Completely of my own design unless otherwise stated in the code (i.e. the forms given for free by Aussie Hosts). All the graphics were compiled by myself as well. Please do not copy any of the layout and graphics that make up the Reeljewels.com site format. This is all strictly copyrighted to Ginny Sayre.

LiveJournals and Such

This is a little different. I don't mind use of graphics or quotes or lyrics in livejournals, because this is more personal and I have become an addict myself. So, anything of that class except a personal website can draw bits and pieces of the site. However, I would rather have any images used (backgrounds or images within) downloaded by you and hosted by a site like photobucket.com, which happily is currently free if you sign up. If you would like to give me credit somehow, that would be lovely, too.
