Here Comes the Groom (1951)

After deserting his gal for a couple years, a fellow comes back home after many delays with quite a few surprises.

A reporter (Bing Crosby) staying at an orphanage in Paris, recieves a record with a recording from his girlfriend back home in the States (Jane Wyman) that takes him back home with two of the orphans--trouble is, in order to keep the kids he must be married within five days or the kids will be sent back to France.
