Sweet Adeline was a full blown musical for Dunne, so I'm going to include a few snippets here: Why Was I Born?, Here I Am, Lonely Feet, We Were So Young, Don't Ever Leave Me.

In The Secret of Madame Blanche, Irene sings two songs--the first being If Love Were All and the second being Jimmy.

From Roberta, Irene sang classic songs from the musical one of the most haunting being, Smoke Gets in Your Eyes and the other being Lovely To Look At.

Irene was not necessarily recognized as a singer even though her background was very musical. The film industry recognized her early musicals, especially in the mid to late thirties and often placed a song in one of her pictures. This was so with Theadora Goes Wild where she sings Be Still My Heart.

With Allan Jones as her leading man in Showboat, Irene sang duets such as I Have The Room Above Her, You Are Love, Can't Love Lovin' Dat Man and Make Believe.

Like Theadora Goes Wild, Love Affair also provided Dunne with a chance to sing, but this time she did three songs. The most haunting from Love Affair is Plaisir D'Amour (the quality of this shall be improved upon at one point), Irene sings a beautiful song alongside Charles Boyer's grandmother in the movie.

One of the most amusing, lovable Irene Dunne songs is the song she sings in The Awful Truth, which is Gone With The Wind (the quality of this shall be improved upon at one point).
