Babes on Broadway

An ambitious young entertainer decides that a cause will get him on the Great White Way, so he decides to take on children who want to go to the country by raising money through doing a show that takes up a whole city block.

Judy Garland plays Penny Morris, a secretary for the children's home. The film' centerpieces are the production numbers and "How About You?" which was nominated for an Academy Award.
