Gay Purr-ee (1962)
A young cat grows tired of farm life, and the young cat that is in love with her and decides on a whim to go to Paris.
After arriving in Paris, Mewsette (voiced by Judy Garland) runs into Meowrice, who likes to turn a profit in any way he can, in particular, grooming young farm cats who come to Paris into refined young felines as mail order brides. The cat back home who loves Mewsette (voiced by Robert Goulet), follows her to Paris with his sidekick and they find himself sold out by Meowrice as well. Mewsette and Jaune Tom try to find their way back to each other despite this "King of the Scoundrels."

Fast Facts
Chuck Jones had been under an exclusive contract with Warner Bros., and worked on this film in violation of his contract. After Warner Bros. picked up the film from UPA for distribution, they discovered his work on the film and fired him, resulting in his departure for MGM.
