Summer Stock (1950)

A farm proprietor is taken aback when her sister brings a troop of actors to use the barn for their summer stock show.

Jane Falbury's (Judy Garland) farm is in debt, because she's pampered her younger sister (Gloria de Haven) by allowing her to try just about everything. She believes her younger sister will help the farm out of debt when she is told how much they owe, but instead she brings 21 actors along with her to rehearse and put on a show.
