Legendary Broadway star who did films in the 1930's like "Everybody Sing" along with Radio and her famous characterization "Baby Snooks." Brice is said to have owned the song "My Man," as it paralleled her own life story, which was made first by Fox starring Alice Faye without her permission and for which she sued them. Later Barbara Streisand would become Fanny in "Funny Girl."
