Another great comedianne of the forties, probably remembered most for her roles in His Girl Friday and even more so probably for Auntie Mame. Russell, worked with many great leading men as well, such as Cary Grant and Clarke Gable. Especially in Auntie Mame was Russell's talent truly shown in all it's glory, due to her in that film, in my opinion, that is one of the greatest films ever made. A lady with great wit, charm, and beauty.
